Contractors Agreement

A Contractors Agreement allows your business to engage a service provider as a contractor, rather than as an employee of the company. This is appropriate for businesses who don’t necessarily need to hire a full-time member of staff, or regularly work with freelancers.

The agreement describes details such as the services being provided, the termination process, payment and expenses, intellectual property and confidentiality. It also includes the contractor’s and client’s contact information, billing details such as hourly rates, retainer fees, late fees, and payment dates, as well as the contract period.
