Influencer Contract

If you are engaging the services of the influencer through an agency, then the contract is likely to be with the agency rather than the person actually yielding the Instagram account.

• Payment terms.
• Cancellation / termination clauses.
• Confidentiality issues.
• Exclusivity clauses.
