Kevin is a patent and trade mark attorney and intellectual property specialist and excels at getting results in tricky cases, whether in patent applications, opinions on validity, or in helping clients avoid unnecessary litigation. In over 15 years experience in the field, Kevin has worked in private practice with LegalVision and IP Strategies International and internationally preforming corporate patent management for global players Nestlé  (food and nutrition) and De Beers (diamonds – mining, synthesis and downstream applications).

Coupled with his legal training, he has a background in chemical engineering, specifically in oil and gas and nuclear metallurgy and has wide experience in patents covering inventions in mechanical inventions, IT, chemicals, medical devices, mining apparatus, agriculture and household gadgets.
