Philip is on a mission to invest $1 billion by 2030 into technology companies that are ethical, sustainable, and improve the lives of people worldwide. As a former Senior Investment Manager, he successfully managed a GBP £20 million fund over four years, achieving outstanding returns of 2–3x multiples, and continues to apply this investment acumen in identifying high-potential opportunities that align with his ESG vision.
Over his legal career, Philip has worked with a diverse range of clients, from ambitious start-ups to ASX-listed companies. His achievements include guiding clients through large M&A transactions with speed and efficiency, and assisting business brokers, coaches, and accountants to resolve common legal issues with clarity and confidence. He proudly serves on the Board of the Staying Alive Foundation, a not-for-profit dedicated to educating the public on the use of defibrillators and saving lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest.
